We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Officer to oversee the warehousing and distribution of our goods. The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for coordinating all warehousing activities and dispatching of our products to other warehouses. The work is not full time, you only have to resume twice a week to carry out your duties. Candidates should stay close to Ojodu berger, Lagos.

Responsibilities:

• Transport new stocks from the shipping company to the warehouse.


• Count the newly received stocks and ensure they are all in good condition.


• Regularly dispatch stocks to our agents nationwide, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.


• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy


• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and plan for new shipments


• Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock management


• Assist with the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and provide recommendations to prevent future discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, inventory management or related field.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software..


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Must be a detail-oriented individual.
