Responsibilities:



  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences. Analyse competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to inform marketing initiatives.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and aligns with brand voice and messaging.

  • Creativity and Innovation: Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that will drive brand awareness, trial and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and sales support.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Generate reports to communicate performance insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively across the organization.


Qualifications:



  • A degree in Estate Management 

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
