Job Summary

• The Maritime Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to maritime logistics and operations.


• This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of maritime operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage maritime logistics projects from initiation to completion.


• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of maritime projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant maritime laws and standards.


• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.


• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.


• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience inproject management or a similar role.


• Proven track record of successfully managing complexprojects.


• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
