Job Summary:

• The System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the company’s server infrastructure operates with maximum uptime, providing fast and reliable connections.


• It involves maintaining an HCI infrastructure to improve efficiency and availability of services, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting the entire infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Server Infrastructure Management, Monitoring and Maintenance.


• Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Management.


• Microsoft Office365 Administration.


• Active Directory (Hybrid) & Group Policy Management.


• Identity and Access Management.


• Patch Monitoring, Rollout and Management.


• Vulnerabilities Remediation, and Systems Security


• Enterprise Backup Management.


• User Profiling Setup and Management


• SharePoint and on-premises File Server Right and Access Administration


• Ensuring security and compliance of IT infrastructure


• Documenting and reporting on system configuration and maintenance


• Working knowledge of Domain Name service


• Working knowledge on Virtualization (Hyper-V)

Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or any related field


• Professional certification such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Experts (MCSE)


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.


• Strong communication and documentation skills.


• Leadership and team management capabilities.


• Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies.


• Comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product and technical standpoint.


• Liaising with OEM, vendor and third party for support on the infrastructure.
