Summary



The position holder will be responsible for leading the company's agribusiness division, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact projects. He/she will develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and sustainability while building and managing relationships with key stakeholders.



Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s agribusiness division, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of high-impact projects across the agriculture sector.


• Develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity, market access, and sustainability within agribusiness operations.


• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, clients, and government agencies.


• Oversee the financial performance of the agribusiness division, ensuring profitability and growth targets are met.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, implementing best practices to optimise operations and sustainability.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• MBA or equivalent degree with a specialisation in agribusiness.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in agribusiness management, with a deep understanding of agriculture markets and supply chains.


• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale operations.


• Excellent financial acumen and strategic thinking.


• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
