Summary



The position holder will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the client base, developing and implementing business development strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, leading negotiations for new contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.



Responsibilities



  • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the company’s client base across key sectors.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with organisational goals and industry trends.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.

  • Lead negotiations for new contracts, partnerships, and projects, ensuring favourable terms and long-term value.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.


Educational Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • MBA will be an added advantage.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in strategic planning and market expansion.

  • Proven success in securing high-value contracts and partnerships.

  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of the energy, agriculture, or environmental sectors is preferred.
