• Swipe is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a UX Writer Intern.


• We are looking for someone who is passionate about crafting clear, engaging content that enhances user experiences.


• The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail.


• As a UX Writer Intern at Swipe, you will be instrumental in creating content for our digital products while ensuring it is user-friendly and consistent with our brand voice.


• Your primary focus will be writing concise copy for user interfaces, developing instructional content, and collaborating with designers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in UX writing and fintech to inform content creation.


• Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, including buttons, error messages, and onboarding instructions.


• Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to brainstorm ideas and ensure content aligns with product objectives.


• Content Creation: Develop instructional content, microcopy, and help guides that assist users in navigating our products.


• Review and Edit: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.


• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Interest in fintech and UX writing.
