Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine intermodal logistics products for key clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery.


• Establish and maintain a dynamic sales funnel with a focus on high conversion rates.


• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs to provide effective, customized logistics solutions.


• Utilize financial modelling to maximize profit margins while controlling costs.


• Deliver superior service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

MUST HAVE:

• Demonstrated experience in leading a logistics company or a sales/operations department within the sector.


• Previous experience working in global logistics companies like DHL, Ceva Logistics, Bollore Logistics, or Damco Logistics.


• Deep knowledge of the West African logistics market.


• Strong leadership with a focus on business growth.


• High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
