Job Responsibilities



  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of interior architectural projects from concept through completion.

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other team members to develop detailed design plans and specifications.

  • Conduct site visits to ensure work is executed according to design and quality standards.

  • Review and approve design documentation, ensuring it meets regulatory standards and client expectations.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently, addressing issues as they arise.

  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback effectively.

  • Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to incorporate into design practices.

  • On-time project delivery percentage (target: 90% or above).

  • Client satisfaction rating based on project feedback (target: 85% or above).

  • Number of design revisions required per project (target: less than 3 revisions).

  • Adherence to budget constraints (target: 95% of projects completed within budget).


Job Qualifications



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Design, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior architecture or design supervision.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Nigeria.

  • Portfolios showcasing previous work in interior architectural design.
