Job Description

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, equipment and services.


• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines


• Planning and preparing detailed travel itineraries.


• Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.


• Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities.


• Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.


• Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.


• Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.


• Arranging travel accommodations for members on official assignments.


• Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies.


• Preparing travel budget reports.


• Analyzing and preparing reports on travel spend.


• Maintain and populate the vendors’ list periodically.


• Daily record/tracking of requisition


• Inventory Management using the stock card for re-stock.


• First-level assessment of all Stakeholders’ requisition forms.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Encourage continuous improvement in competitive bidding practices.


• Manage store inventory and keep records of the inventory.


• Maintenance and servicing of the Institutes pool car and status car.

Job Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business management/administration, or related discipline.


• Minimum of 3 years working experience in sourcing or procurement of oil and gas equipment


• Must be very proactive and efficient


• Good knowledge of computer e.g Excel, Word, Corel draw etc.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is required.
