Job Responsibilities



  • Manage an up-to-date Traffic schedule

  • Submit traffic report twice a week of traffic on all company structures & Boards

  • Snap dated and coded pictures campaign for Client reports

  • Write reports for Clients on all ongoing campaign

  • Daily check on all boards and ensure a maximum 24-hour turnaround onboard maintenance.

  • Relate with the operations team on all locations that need maintenance.

  • Relate with accounts on all boards that have expired, or are about to expire.

  • Send an expiration reminder to account on all campaigns, two weeks before expiration.

  • Inform the operation team not more than a week before all ongoing campaigns expiration.

  • Submit a pictorial update of all locations at least once a week.
