Responsibilities



  • Client Sourcing: Identify and source potential clients for corporate gifts and promotional products, leveraging your network and marketing expertise.

  • Lead Management: Follow up extensively on leads provided by the company, ensuring that each lead is nurtured and converted into a client.

  • Sales and Deal Closure: Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that deals are sealed within a 1 to 2-month timeframe.

  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management on client interactions, deal progress, and any challenges encountered.

  • Market Expertise: Bring your marketing expertise to the role, utilizing proven strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.


Requirements



  • Educational Background: OND or BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a background in insurance sales being a strong advantage.

  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.

  • Follow-up Skills: Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure deals are closed within the expected timeframe.
