Customize service offering to meet clients’ service needs and develop ways to improve clients experience and build brand loyalty.
Deepen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
Develop business proposals, business presentations and bids, negotiate contract terms and onboard new clients
Conduct audit of each location at least once a year and whenever a fundamental change in operational dynamics demands for a process audit
Provide input into training modules for capacity building
Upgrade and refresh company’s website
Enhance company’s market share and attend seminars, conferences and events to build company’s business network and profile
Strategically grow the business identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
Provide infrastructural support with regards to acquisition, deployment, maintenance and upgrade of equipment to enhance service delivery.
Specific Tasks:
Prospect for new clients and broaden scope of existing relationships
Write and review of Standard Operating procedures, business proposals
Periodic field patrol/operational process reviews.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in a Business-related field with 5 - 15 years relevant work experience.
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, or a relevant role
Experience in customer support / relationship management is a plus
