Job Description
To identify, educate, and persuade small business owners to transition from fossil fuel generators to clean solar energy while generating leads, build relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify 150 new business leads weekly and 500 monthly
- Research and create a database of potential clients
Education and Nurturing:
- Educate small businesses on the benefits of solar energy
- Provide tailored solutions and answer questions
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel
Persuasion and Conversion:
- Persuade businesses to adopt solar energy solutions
- Address concerns and objections
- Close sales and meet monthly targets
Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
Performance Metrics:
- Lead generation and conversion rates
- Sales growth and revenue targets
- Market share and competitor analysis
Revenue Generation:
- Monthly Personal Sales (worth N10m)
