To identify, educate, and persuade small business owners to transition from fossil fuel generators to clean solar energy while generating leads, build relationships, and drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:



  • Identify 150 new business leads weekly and 500 monthly

  • Research and create a database of potential clients


Education and Nurturing:



  • Educate small businesses on the benefits of solar energy

  • Provide tailored solutions and answer questions

  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel


Persuasion and Conversion:



  • Persuade businesses to adopt solar energy solutions

  • Address concerns and objections

  • Close sales and meet monthly targets


Relationship Building:



  • Develop strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty


Market Research:



  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets


Performance Metrics:



  • Lead generation and conversion rates

  • Sales growth and revenue targets

  • Market share and competitor analysis


Revenue Generation:



  • Monthly Personal Sales (worth N10m)
