Job brief:
We are seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Executive to join our team, someone who will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement trade marketing plans to support regional sales and brand objectives.
- Plan and oversee trade promotions, in-store activations, and other marketing initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze regional sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Work closely with sales teams to align trade marketing activities with overall sales strategies and objectives.
- Manage and track trade marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation and spend.
- Prepare and present reports on trade marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for promotional materials, events, and other marketing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
