Job Summary

The Regional Operations Executive is expected to contribute in many ways to the QuickBooks project,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and establish a path to onboarding Bus operators in the region that suits company objectives.


• Develop and manage relationships with bus operators.


• Directly responsible for the supply field agents assigned under your jurisdiction by the head of operations.


• Facilitate communication between customers, bus operators and QuickBus.


• Supervise ticket sales and ticket sales staff at terminals.


• Report and escalate various issues for resolution.


• Support customer acquisition drive.


• Daily and weekly reconciliations with the finance department.


• Any other task that may be assigned by the Head of Operations or other company leadership

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• MBA or a BS.c degree in Business Administration or related field


• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience


• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role


• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management


• Experience budgeting and forecasting


• Familiarity with business and financial principles


• Excellent sales and marketing skill


• Excellent communication skills


• Leadership ability


• Essential - Candidate must have existing or previous relationships with LONG DISTANCE operators.
