Summary

• The position holder will be responsible for leading the company's renewable energy initiatives, identifying new opportunities, overseeing financial performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving innovation and sustainability within the energy portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s renewable energy initiatives, managing projects from development through to implementation.


• Identify new opportunities in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, and other clean technologies.


• Oversee the financial performance of renewable energy projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgets.


• Collaborate with government agencies, investors, and other stakeholders to secure funding and regulatory approvals for projects.


• Drive innovation and sustainability within the company’s energy portfolio.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil), Environmental Science, or a related field.


• Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Energy Policy, or a related field is an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects.


• Expertise in solar, wind, or other renewable energy technologies.


• Strong financial and strategic planning skills.


• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory environments.
