Summary
- The position holder will provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating travel, serving as a liaison, and managing special projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring logistics are efficient and cost-effective.
- Serve as a liaison between senior management and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring priorities are met.
- Manage special projects and assist in research and preparation of materials as needed.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Discretion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
