Job Description:
- Responsible for client development and management in the Nigerian market, promoting the company's commercial solutions, and implementing new energy business locally.
- Capable of independently developing local clients, providing solutions, negotiating with clients, and facilitating client cooperation.
- Maintain existing client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, identify client needs, and provide personalized services.
- Coordinate internal resources such as production, research and development, supply chain, and operations to ensure the smooth progress and delivery of client projects.
- Provide frontline market feedback from clients to assist the company in formulating market strategies and improvement plans for solutions.
RequirementsJob Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in client development and management, with a preference for those with experience in the African market.
- Excellent client development and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently complete client projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively handling client needs and complaints.
- Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong team spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
