  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Assistant to join our team.

  • This hybrid position allows for remote work with occasional requirements to come into the office for specific tasks.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with court filing processes and strong administrative skills. The role involves managing court filings, delivering legal documents, and providing general support to our litigation team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • File court processes and legal documents with relevant courts.

  • Deliver legal letters and documents to clients, courts, and other parties.

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of case files and legal documentation.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and court appearances.

  • Maintain and update case management systems and client records.

  • Provide administrative support to litigation lawyers, including managing calendars and deadlines.

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of legal documents and submissions.

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the litigation team.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience with court filing processes and legal administrative tasks.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Keen attention to detail and high level of professionalism.

  • Experience in a legal support role or related administrative capacity is preferred.

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is an asset.
