  • Follow up with client data for processing, updating and easy record keeping.

  •  Meeting, canvassing and dealing with external clients’ needs through effective communication, (making sure all clients are clear about each product of the company and there is appropriate feedback as at when due). Making clients become potential and viable subscribers and enhancing the growth of the company.

  • To meet with clients to promote the company’s business portfolio and services, as well as provide strong client support.

  • To follow up with client detail in ensuring clients satisfaction and continuity.

  • Develop and sustains a solid client base by keeping current and prospective clients informed about business development(s).

  • To ensure all activities are performed in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner and to the complete satisfaction of customers.

  • To ensure individual target is met during the stipulated time frame and maintain profitability for the teams.

  • To produce timely submission of all Reports (weekly, monthly, bi-annually, annually and adhoc) to assist to monitor and review all marketing activity and results.

  • AND ANY OTHER DUTIES that may be assigned by Head of Department or Management through the Head of Department, from time to time
