We are looking for a Backend-focused Engineering Team Lead to join our Repayments product group; where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.

This is to ensure that the quality and prioritization for candidates that are a good match is unaffected by high volume processing.

Common reasons for people being rejected are lack of seniority, no experience with C# and event driven Microservices / Azure or no relevant experience.
