Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales activities to promote company products/services.


• Identify and engage potential customers in assigned territories.


• Provide detailed information about products/services and answer customer questions.


• Maintain a positive image of the company and represent the brand effectively.


• Gather customer feedback and report to management.


• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.


• Provide daily reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 1 - 3 years work experience.


• Previous experience in sales, particularly door-to-door sales, is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.


• Familiarity with the local area and market trends.


• Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
