Job Responsibilities



  • Identifying & Establishing new business with Corporate Customers & maintaining the relationship for long-term prospects.

  • Actively seek our New Sales Opportunities through regular visits, networking social media or other Business leads.

  • Generating enquiries & Regular Follow-up with Customers by Negotiation & Closing Deals.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager & other team members to achieve better results.

  • Sending reports daily for sales visits & sales calls.

  • Develop and Implement sales strategies.

  • Ability to make sales and Negotiate.

  • Ability to Persuade and influence others.

  • Build and nurture client relationships.

  • Conduct market research.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Working towards Monthly or Quarterly Targets.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

  • 5 - 6 years of successful sales experience in the raw materials industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Experience in B2B corporate sales is highly desirable.

  • Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of raw materials, their applications, and the industries they serve. Familiarity with market dynamics, pricing models, and competitor analysis within the industry.
