Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and counsel on a wide range of oil and gas matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, environmental issues, and litigation.


• Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, leases, permits, and agreements.


• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate legal risks.


• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.


• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and case law.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in the oil and gas industry.


• Strong knowledge of oil and gas laws, regulations, and industry practices.


• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
