Job Purpose

• The Security Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring adequate security of humans and properties as far as the location is concerned and should ensure total peace and coexistence of the working environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the protection of lives and properties of the facility.


• Collaborate and monitor sourced security company operations.


• Screen visitors before allowing them into the facility.


• Evaluate, assess, and analyze the performance of the sourced security personnel.


• Supervise and coordinate security operations.


• Reporting irregularities.


• Ensuring adherence to the company law ans regulations.


• Ensuring adequate record keeping of inwards and outwards.


• Effective use of security devices and products in working conditions.


• Relating with the Security agents.


• Compiled and made attendance report on a weekly and monthly basis.


• As may be assigned by the Security Manager / CSO

Qualifications

• NCE or OND in Social Science Course.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security supervisory role.


• Must be physically and mentally fit.


• Must possess full security operations knowledge.

• Indept knowledge of security rules and surveillance


• Understand people psychology and mindset


• Indepth knowledge of access control.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle security situations.


• Ability to plan security daily/monthly roster/schedule.
