Key Responsibilities



  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties and services.

  • Coordinate and manage marketing events, and promotional activities.

  • Develop marketing materials and promotional items.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends.

  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Develop and manage print advertising campaigns, including newspaper ads, magazines, and billboards.

  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to create and place effective advertisements.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

  • Assist in organizing and attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and activities.

  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports on marketing expenditures and campaign performance to the Marketing Manager.


Key Requirements



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years proven experience in Marketing or related roles, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing principles and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
