Job Description (Summary)
- Download and respond to all customer/client’s requests (e.g. origin or destination requests).
- Register and manage incoming business mail daily.
- Follow professional customer service processes and techniques to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure higher customer retention.
- Update clients with relevant information on shipment status (inbound and outbound).
- Gather necessary information from customers/clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
Major Requirements
- A degree/ HND in OTM, or any of the Management, Social, Physical, Life Sciences or Humanities/Law.
- A higher degree may be a plus.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
