  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.

  • Develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with the company’s brand identity.

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

  • Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and standards.

  • Update and maintain the company’s visual assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes.

  • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and conferences.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years and above professional experience in graphic design.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Knowledge of web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.

  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.

  • Experience in branding and identity design.
