Job Description



  • The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

  • This role will play a key part in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.


Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Planning:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Work closely with senior management to understand the company’s goals and provide HR support to achieve them.

  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.


Employee Relations:



  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

  • Implement and manage employee engagement programs to maintain high morale and productivity.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues.


Performance Management:



  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.

  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

  • Support managers in identifying training and development needs for their teams.


Training & Development:



  • Design and implement training programs to support employee development and career growth.

  • Manage succession planning and ensure the development of high-potential employees.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.


Compliance & Policies:



  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.


Compensation & Benefits:



  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company goals.

  • Conduct regular salary reviews and manage the annual compensation review process.

  • Provide guidance on employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.


HR Administration:



  • Manage the HR budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.

  • Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

  • Proficient in HR software and tools, with experience in HRIS systems being a plus.

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
