- The Digital Marketing & Content Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, SEO, and performance marketing.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and will be able to lead a team to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
Content Creation & Management:
- Lead the creation of engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.
- Develop a content calendar and oversee the timely production and publication of content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals.
SEO & SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with SEO and SEM trends and implement best practices.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee the company’s social media presence across all platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Segment email lists and personalize messaging to improve open rates and conversions.
- Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
- Continuously refine digital strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
