We currently seek an experienced individual with a successful performance history to function as Head, Business & Strategy in Lagos, Nigeria.


Job Summary


The Head, Business & Strategy (HBS) will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the business team, providing strategic direction for the Business to ensure the profitability of the organisation monthly.


Key responsibilities include;



  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organisation.

  • Leading the business team to achieve month on month profitability of the organisation.

  • Planning and overseeing effective sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Developing proposals for clients.

  • Foster and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Keeps up to date with the company’s products, services and competitors.

  • Ensuring business goals developed are met and surpassed.


Qualification / Requirements;



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent knowledge of the internet and entertainment sector.

  • Strong communication skills (written & oral) & IT fluency.
