Roles / Duties

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.


• Performing preventative maintenance for the A/C, Generator, Plumbing and Electrical Appliances.


• Handling basic repairs and maintenance for the above.


• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.


• Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.

Requirements

• Experience performing routine maintenance.


• Knowledge and experience in plumbing and electricals is required.


• Maintaining air-cooling systems is an added advantage.


• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.


• Basic knowledge of facility/utility maintenance e.g., generator


• A good understanding of customer service is essential.


• Have good communication and writing skills.


• Must have an eye for detail and a good negotiation skill.
