Job Summary

• We are seeking a fluent speaker of Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo to join our team as a Sales Representative.


• The successful candidate will onboard new users, provide inventory financing services to retailers, and manage their accounts to help them grow their businesses.


• The ideal candidate should have a quick and innovative personality, understand selling lending products, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new retailers and provide inventory financing services


• Manage and grow existing retailer accounts


• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities


• Meet and exceed sales targets


• Provide exceptional customer service


• Fluently speak Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo


• Understand selling lending products and have a quick and innovative personality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field


• 2+ years of sales experience in lending amd fintech.


• Fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Innovative and results-driven personality


• Great relationship with the informal markets.
