Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring excellent communication with clients, designers, and contractors.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans


• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations


• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues


• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements


• Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors


• Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and change orders


• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans


• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve project delivery and client satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design project management


• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in interior design software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite


• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively


• LEED AP or NCIDQ certification a plus.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
