To manage and oversee all human resources functions and activities for the organization. The role requires a deep understanding of all HR disciplines, including but not limited to recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. The role is trusted advisor to senior leadership and a champion for the company culture.
Manage the Employee (Core/Temporary/Interns) Life Cycle from hire to exit including Benefits Administration, End of Service Entitlements, Employee requests etc.
Involvement in the performance appraisal process and ensure that the process is carried out smoothly, to achieve its desired results.
Work with the Head of departments to ensure that the manpower plan of the organization is achieved.

Ensure that HR processes are in full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards
Analyze job requirements, prepared job descriptions and carry out onboarding exercise for newly employed staff.
Drive Frazimex team building via focused initiatives and employee engagement touchpoints.
Ensure Timely Payroll Input E.g. attendance, bonuses, leave allowance and other payments or deductions that may apply.
Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends and concerns with senior management;
Facilitate Grievance and Disciplinary Proceedings - prepare and issue query letters, warning letters, termination letters, etc.
Facilitate pre-employment Medicals for New Hires and Company-Wide Annual Medical Test
Assist in developing HRM policies/procedures in the areas of recruitment, career development, manpower planning, performance evaluation, reward, retention, etc.
Human Resources Business partnering and Employee engagement on their concerns as they arise.
Requirements
B.A/B.Sc. in Arts or Social Sciences
M.Sc. is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years in similar role
Certification in ACIPMN/CIPD/AHRM
