Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Design Architect to lead our design team in creating stunning and functional spaces for our clients.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing creative and functional design concepts


• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences


• Conduct site visits and analyze existing spaces to inform design decisions


• Develop and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D visualizations


• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources


• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design


• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or architecture


• Strong design skills, including proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite


• Excellent communication and project management skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
