  • Attending to parents/ visitors who want to see the Director.

  • Keeping reminders on the Director’s schedule and reminding him promptly from time to time.

  • Filing and keeping of important documents that are peculiar to the office of the Director.

  • Ensuring the supervision of thorough cleaning and arranging of the Director’s office by the helper assigned.

  • Ensuring the Director execute all his statutory and special assignment/ work schedule promptly.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree/ HND in administration or other related fields.

  •  Minimum of 1 year cognate experience as an administrator.

  •  Detail-oriented.

  •  Excellent Oral and Communication skills.

  •  Must be reliable, ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
