Job Description
Job Objective
- Assists the CEO to ensure full implementation and attainment of corporate objectives.
- Ensures operational effectiveness of all business units through effective collaboration.
- Enforcement of all established protocols and corporate policies
- Responsible for the preparation of project plans & feasibility assessments
- Support new business and business development activities through effective planning.
- Manage the CEO and his activities
Operations & Process Management:
- Coordinate interface of all central & corporate shared services (finance, human capital, protect, legal & client services functions)
- Ensure that all business divisions receive the professional support (particularly human and technological resources) required to ensure the attainment of set objectives
- Coordinate corporate tendering processes to ensure cost-effective completeness.
- Collaborate & work closely with divisional teams, the CFO, and the CEO to ensure the prompt & profitable delivery of projects and provision of services for commercial assets in developed communities.
Educational Qualifications / Experience
- University Degree in Law, Economics, or other Social Science
- Managerial experience or a minimum of Five (5) years of critical experience in a multi-national organization
