  • We are looking to hire a highly skilled Business Development Manager responsible for new business expansion through franchise sales, franchise re-sales, re-franchising, or franchisee consultations.


Responsibilities



  • Responsible for sales objectives in targeted markets and implementation of plans for attracting qualified franchisees to those markets.

  • Coordinate negotiations with franchise applicants

  • Maintain sale processes and compliance with franchise regulations


Requirements



  • At least 5 years of franchise sales experience.

  • Direct franchise sales experience in Restaurant and Food Service or Laundromat

  • CRM Knowledge is required.

  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite are needed.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with and understanding of franchise or other business models and business opportunities

  • Tenacity and self-motivation, high energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude

  • Must be able to understand financial statements

  • High level of integrity and demonstrate sound judgment.

  • Strong ability to build relationships and work within a team.
