Job Summary



  • As our Cost Control Officer, you'll monitor and safeguard food and beverage costs by exercising adequate and prompt control over recording the cost of food and beverages purchased.

  • You'll also check the accuracy of menu pricing based on analyzing the actual product costs of food and beverages served.


Responsibilities



  • Maintain close communication with purchasers for optimal pricing and quality and ensure proper ordering and inventory management of food and beverages.

  • Conduct regular menu costing and accurate portion control and perform daily computer input and balance purchases with relevant personnel.

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct spot-checks and audits

  • Provide analysis for sales and consumption and update prices and control stock issues


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience as an F&B Officer or related work experience

  • Excellent organization, planning, and coordination skills
