We are looking for a Dairy Technical Sales Manager to join our IFF H&B team in West Africa, IFF has office and lab in Lagos, Nigeria.
We're looking for an experienced candidate who has a proven industry track record, dairy expertise and ideally an extensive network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities and develop these opportunities in Fermented & Neutral Dairy segments to grow the company’s market share.
Develop relationships with targeted decision makers with existing and potential customers in order to position IFF H&B as the preferred strategic supplier
He/She will be responsible for protecting & developing our Cultures and Dairy Enzymes business & activities in West Africa.
Plan, prepare and run his/her own trials at Dairy factories, with the back-up support of our regional Technical Application specialists.
Accountable for prices & contract negotiations with customers; Managing & developing the Distributor partners in the territory to maximize the penetration in West Africa
Develop long term sales plans for key customers and accounts, monitor and adapt sales activities aiming at reaching IFF’s industry strategy and financial objectives
Work in a matrix organization to ensure IFF sales targets, deliver the best customer experience by managing logistics, supply chain and customer service activities
Prepare sales forecast, monitor sales volume, revenue and resource spend against forecast to identify problem areas and make plan to regain market
Actively promote IFF H&B profile at conferences, tradeshows and industry seminars to foster/maintain client relationships in order to ensure an increase in the awareness and corporate identity of IFF H&B as the leading supplier of Cultures and Dairy Enzymes.
