Job Summary



  • The Executive Assistant to the Director of Strategy & Innovation will provide high-level administrative support to the DSI and other Directors, facilitating smooth operations and strategic initiatives within the hospital.

  • The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:



  • Manage and maintain the DSI’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and requests.


Meeting and Event Coordination:



  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics and materials preparation.

  • Take and distribute minutes for meetings and follow up on action items.


Project Management:



  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects led by the DSI.

  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.


Research and Analysis:



  • Conduct research and gather information to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

  • Prepare reports and presentations with relevant data and insights.


Stakeholder Engagement:



  • Serve as a liaison between the DSI and internal/external stakeholders, including senior management, staff, and external partners.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


Miscellaneous:



  • Any other tasks as may be assigned by the directors.


Job Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of second class upper in any field.

  • 1 year or more of experience as an executive assistant is preffered

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
