Customer service:
- Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, refilling drinks, answering questions, and providing additional items as requested.
Check on tables:
- Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and service.
Process payments:
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, provide bills, and give correct change.
Clean and reset tables:
- Clear dishes, clean tables, and reset them for the next guests.
Follow health and safety guidelines:
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all restaurant and food safety standards.
Collaborate with team:
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Upsell menu items:
- Suggest specials or popular items to enhance the dining experience.
Qualification
- 1 -2 years work experience.
