Job Description

• Receives control documents and punched cards from the punching unit.


• Verifies documentation for correctness and quantity.


• Collects materials- hologram and foil from inventory.


• Checks for any variation in card, thickness and text


• Ensures the assigned positioning of the signature panel and the Hologram are in accordance to VISA and MasterCard standard.


• Ensures the correct die is used by confirming from the job Ticket.


• Sets up the machine.


• While in production, peel off occurs adjust the stamping temperature and pressure.


• Also during production, ensure there is no deviation in the alignment. If deviation occurs, the machine is stopped and realignment is done.


• Performs all assigned work effectively and on schedule.


• Maintains and keeps records of daily production using specified forms.


• Keeps work area neat and clean.


• Ensures all waste materials are properly disposed.


• Any other relevant duty as required.

Qualifications

• B.Eng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.


• 3 years experience in CNC, packaging or electro mechanical machine operation.
