Responsibilities
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Good communication skills
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Prospect company's product to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
He/She must be a computer savvy.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Qualifications
B.Sc / HND
2-3 years experience in HR services as a development Officer is an added advantage/ Marketing oriented sectors
