Position Overview:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Ajo Collector to join our team. As an Ajo Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting Ajo (savings) contributions from our clients, ensuring timely and accurate collections while providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collect Contributions: Efficiently collect Ajo contributions from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all collections and transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Report Generation: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and client feedback to management.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in financial services is an advantage.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and support clients effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling financial transactions and maintaining records.

  • Integrity: Demonstrated integrity and reliability in managing financial responsibilities.

  • Education: SSCE/OND/NCE

  • Location: Sango-Otta, Ikorodu and Abeokuta
