Job Summary
As our Receptionist, you'll manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication flow within the office. Your role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously and manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary, and scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and reservations as requested
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary and assist with travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures and manage the use and scheduling of conference rooms and other shared spaces
Requirements
- BSC in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with office management software and phone systems
