  • Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to take full charge of their factory operations in Aba. Astrong leader who can step in and seamlessly manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the factory runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee all aspects of factory operations, from production planning and process optimization to quality control and workforce management.

  • Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and drive long-term growth.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including supply chain, maintenance, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on factory performance and operational challenges.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar leadership role within the manufacturing sector, preferably in plastics.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with day-to-day operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
