Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily operations, manage and motivate staff, and ensure optimal and quality  farm output. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in soilless cultivation. Must be willing to learn and have passion for sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily farm operations, including crop planning, nutrient management, and pest control


• Supervise and train farm staff to ensure efficient and effective crop production


• Monitor and control crop health, quality, and yield


• Implement and maintain sustainable farming practices


• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans


• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Certificate in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field


• Minimum 3 years of experience in soilless vegetable production


• Proven leadership and management skills


• Strong knowledge of hydroponic and aeroponic systems


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
